This used to be my story
In 2019, I created an Instagram account called 'The Mindful Journal", posted once, and "forgot" about it for 4 years because I was so afraid to be seen.
In 2023, I came back but hid behind strategy, overthinking, and perfectionism which made it difficult to move forward.
In 2024, I showed my face for the first time on my account and launched a journal. I realized that the true work was the inner work. Allowing myself to be seen.
In 2025, I reached 60K followers and get paid as a writer and speaker.
In 2026, I embraced by biggest gift and guide others to embrace theirs.

I found comfort in my journal to understand where and why I was holding myself back, found ways to calm my nervous system, and took steps towards my dreams.

Meet your Journaling Guide
I’m Isabelle. I’ve launched two journals and built a global wellbeing brand all while navigating a deep fear of being seen.
I know what it feels like to feel called toward something while simultaneously feeling terrified of what it would mean to fully step into it.
For years, I hid behind perfectionism, overthinking, and “figuring things out” instead of allowing myself to truly be visible. Journaling became my safe space where I began understanding the fear instead of fighting it, and where I built the courage to move forwards anyway.
Now, I share with others how to move through that transformation.

What if I’m not an entrepreneur or creator?
You absolutely do not need to be. This workshop is for anyone who feels they’ve been holding themselves back from expressing themselves, wants to understand how to use journaling as a tool to calm their nervous system, or is going through a transition period and wants more clarity.
What if I don’t know what my “dream” or next step is yet?
That’s completely okay.
This workshop isn’t about forcing clarity but about creating enough space and honesty within yourself to uncover what’s already there beneath the noise.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided journaling and self-reflection workshop designed to support emotional awareness, nervous system grounding, and self-expression. It is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.
Do I need journaling experience to join?
Not at all.
This workshop is designed for both beginners and experienced journalers. You’ll be guided throughout the entire experience, and you’ll receive prompts and a simple framework to help you know exactly what to write about.
Will there be a replay if I can’t attend live?
Yes. A replay will be available after the workshop so you can revisit the experience in your own time.
How long is the workshop?
The live workshop will last approximately 1.5 hours.
When will I receive my Journaling Kit?
Your Journaling Kit will be shipped on June 7th to make sure it arrives in time for the live workshop experience. Depending on your location, it will arrive between the 9th and 20th of June.
I already have the journal, can I just attend the workshop?
If this is the case, the Journaling Kit also includes a pen, affirmation card, stickers, and a few additional surprises designed to support your experience.
